We are excited to invite an SMB Pricing Strategy Manager to guide our dedicated team at TELUS Business Solutions. In this critical role, you will shape pricing strategies for devices and rate plans that are responsive to the unique needs of our SMB customers. Your efforts will ensure that our offerings align with market expectations and business goals, driving both customer acquisition and retention.
As the coach for a team of five individual contributors, you will enhance their abilities in an environment that values innovation and strategic execution, maintaining TELUS’s position as a frontrunner in delivering outstanding value.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and support a team of pricing individual contributors, creating an environment that encourages creativity and strategic thinking
- Develop and direct comprehensive pricing strategies for devices and rate plans, leveraging in-depth analysis of market trends and customer feedback
- Work closely with teams across product management, marketing, and sales to ensure that pricing strategies are supportive of broader business goals and enhance customer satisfaction
- Offer strategic advice to senior management, shaping company-wide business strategies
- Oversee the implementation of pricing initiatives, confirming alignment with TELUS’s market presence and financial health
- Juggle multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to meet delivery timelines and achieve impactful outcomes
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Experience in a strategic role, ideally within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on pricing strategy and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and a thoughtful perspective, with a proven track record of using market data to guide business strategies.
- Exceptional skills in coaching, developing, and motivating a team to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SMB market, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and influencing high-level decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred

- Advanced certification in Pricing Strategy or related disciplines
- Proficiency in both English and French, enhancing communication across teams and with clients
