The Pharmacy Solutions team is a dynamic cross functional team within TELUS Health which manages the leading Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS) across Canada. Our team is made up of highly skilled problem solvers who are responsible for improving health care solutions within the Canadian Pharmacy Technology ecosystem.

TELUS Health has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Manager of Products & Services Leader to join our Pharmacy Solutions Product Organization.

 

As a Product Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision and strategy across multiple product lines. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market needs.

 
What you'll do

 

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers
  • Develop and execute the strategic product vision across multiple product lines
  • Define and oversee product portfolio roadmaps and ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Establish product development processes and best practices across teams
  • Lead resource allocation and prioritization across multiple product initiatives
  • Guide product discovery and strategy development across teams
  • Implement and monitor product success metrics and KPIs across the portfolio
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Drive innovation and market leadership in the pharmacy technology space
  • Develop and manage product team budget and resources
  • Lead organizational change and process improvement initiatives
  • Coach and develop Product Managers in their career progression
  • Anticipate and prepare for the future in terms of technology, people, culture and processes

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Experience and Skills:
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
    • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation
    • Proven track record of delivering successful products to market
    • University degree in a related field or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively influence cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

 

 

Salary Range:  $102,000-$152,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  20%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
