The Consumer Mobility Strategy & Planning team is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly engaged. We are a high-performing team that values diversity of thought and experience to stay connected with our customers. We are as passionate about our team and our customers as we are about our business and we’re looking for people who get excited about thinking and delivering differently.
Our team is passionate about supporting the development, governance and management of strategic forecasting and planning for the holistic Consumer Marketing organization. We help define, articulate, and track against our overall strategic direction and priorities to win and sustain share in the Canadian telecommunications market. Our mandate includes budget setting and forecasting for the Wireless product portfolio across all Consumer segments, tracking and reporting on key financial and performance metrics, and delivering strategic deep-dives and programs.
Our focus is on gaining a deep understanding of our business and customers, and using it to envision, build, and articulate the innovative strategies that will help us win in the market. We also work closely with our Executive leadership team to help communicate and drive these strategies across the organization.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:
As a Market Intelligence Manager you’ll own planning and consolidation of Financial KPIs for Telus Consumer Mobility including budgeting/forecasting, performance measurement and deep-dive analysis.
With line of sight across our core KPI’s and brands, you’ll keep your finger on the pulse of our business performance, build relationships across the Consumer Marketing organization to inform your perspectives, and help us take our strategy and planning processes to the next level of accuracy and relevance.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and Product teams to understand current business performance and assess forward-looking views.
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of different business cases, strategic deliverables, and performance outlooks throughout the year.
Here’s what you bring to the table:
