As a member of the Brand & Demand Generation team, the Marketing Communications Manager will provide essential support to the Brand Harmonization program, focusing on the tactical execution and coordination of brand integration activities across TELUS Health's global acquisitions. This role ensures seamless delivery of brand transition initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of brand consistency and quality.
What you’ll do
- Project manage acquisition activities and deliverables
- Coordinate production of TELUS Health brand assets and logo integration transitions across acquired entities
- Track and document workstream activities, maintaining comprehensive program documentation and status reporting
- Maintain regular touchpoints with workstream leads to monitor progress and gather status updates
- Provide guidance on brand transitioning questions and input activities
- Ensure consistent brand standards application and monitor quality of integration deliverables
- Support coordination between regional teams, global brand leads, and change management initiatives
- Support with writing customer communications and change management plans
- Track budget spending and invoicing for acquisition integration activities and brand transition initiatives
This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Communications - Brand Harmonization and offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in TELUS Health's global brand integration strategy while developing expertise in large-scale brand harmonization initiatives.
Qualifications
What you bring
- 5+ years experience in marketing communications, brand management, or related field
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in B2B marketing environments, preferably with brand integration or acquisition experience
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Exceptional organizational abilities with extreme attention to detail and systematic approach to work management
- Experience working with brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and asset production processes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience with project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Great-to-haves
- Familiarity with global acquisitions and rebranding initiatives considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Employer Health industry considered an asset
- Bilingual in French and English
