We get to work closely with a mix of internal teams and external agencies and partners to produce high-quality integrated advertising campaigns for the Kood brand and portfolio of products. We mix creative strategies with business needs to produce work that is compelling, engaging, and grounded in driving results.
In this exciting role, Marketing Communications Manager will own a portfolio of campaigns and oversee the end-to-end delivery elements for end of quarter STIM and OEM devices, as well as supporting homepage branded content.
You will draw on your strong strategic and analytical skills to deliver best in class creative campaigns, improve processes, while partnering with key device manufacturers to bring their brands to life for OEM campaigns.
Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together:
- Lead a portfolio of marketing communications campaigns to deliver against, supporting creative development, facilitating approvals and overseeing all execution elements
- Ensuring the right creative is developed for the media plan, and the right media plan selected for the business purposes by ensuring alignment between media and creative agencies
- Managing relationships with creative agencies, key device partners and other vendors during campaign planning, design, production and execution
- Partnering with sales & marketing, legal, and digital teams plus external agencies to optimize program execution: driving seamless end-to-end customer experiences with measurable results
- Continuously evaluating initiatives to maximize communications effectiveness and budget efficiency
- Taking an active role in integrating all areas of communications to develop holistic marketing campaigns
Qualifications
You’re a missing piece of the puzzle
- Proven project management strength with keen attention to detail, and experience in delivering fully integrated advertising and communication campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate cross-functional/cross-departmental teams in order to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Ownership, initiative, and display a sense of urgency and self-direction
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work activities
- Superior analytical skills with an ability to organize and draw insights from data
- A strong creative eye with experience evaluating and developing communication materials
- A strong understanding of traditional and digital media
- Comfort with numbers and budget tracking
- 3+ years of experience in marketing working client-side or agency-side
