The Partner Solutions team is looking for a Marketing Intelligence Manager. We’re seeking a strategic thinker who enjoys working with data, and has excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills. 

 

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

 

As the Marketing Intelligence Manager, you’ll help deliver data strategy and insights to guide the marketing communication campaigns that deploy to our customer and prospecting bases. You’ll set up and own the customer and prospecting databases, along with all data collection and hygiene practices that go along with that. You’ll conduct external market research to help inform stakeholders, and you’ll partner with the Marketing Communications Manager, as well as the Customer Marketing Manager to help devise marketing strategies that drive engagement with our customers and help our sales team.

 

Here’s how:

 

  • Set up, extract, cleanse and modify raw data from various data collection points for use in SalesForce and other marketing automation tools
  • Examine and interpret data to draw conclusions that drive marketing strategies
  • Conduct external market research to ensure the team and our stakeholders are informed about industry trends
  • Work within a dynamic and cross-functional environment, explaining complex concepts and results to a diverse stakeholder community in business language
  • Present data output results and recommendations in forums/meetings
  • Balance the demands of multiple projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy
  • Liaise with Product Managers to identify the best targeting strategies for marketing campaigns to optimize outcome and results
  • Assist the Manager to drive the adoption and development of new customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives

 

 

Qualifications

 

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle: 

 

  • Sound knowledge & best practices in campaign management, customer insights, data warehousing, segmentation, and predictive modeling
  • Strong business acumen
  • Detail oriented
  • Strategic, innovative and systematic thinker
  • Proficiency with Salesforce as well as other marketing automation tools
  • Solid comprehension of B2B marketing, with a focus on wholesale an asset
  • Ability to work diplomatically and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to translate data analysis and insight to recommendations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to business audience
  • Ability to consult and influence business stakeholders to proactively add value
  • Confidence to adapt to and manage changing, and occasionally conflicting, priorities
  • Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast pace environment
  • Post-secondary degree in Information Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines

  • Building, and maintaining the TELUS Partner Solutions customer and prospect database
  • External market research
  • Quarterly planning strategy, and ongoing campaign support
