As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize portfolio profitability through innovative campaigns and strong 4P execution. As the central owner of the Winback portfolio, you’ll lead go-to-market strategies, align cross-functional teams, and execute impactful campaigns across all channels. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to adapt to market changes, deliver strong business outcomes, and play a key role in evolving our base management strategy.
Here's how
- Own end-to-end Winback campaign planning, execution, and performance management across the TELUS and Koodo Mobility portfolios.
- Act as the central owner for Winback performance, monitoring key performance indicators and translating results into clear insights, recommendations, and net-new initiatives with strong leadership alignment.
- Proactively design and execute test-and-learn strategies across messaging, segmentation, and offers, applying a rigorous performance management approach to generate insights that inform future initiatives.
- Partner closely with Acquisition, and Sales Channel teams to design and implement Winback programs across select channels, responding to market dynamics and unlocking new growth opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.
- Champion innovation within the Winback portfolio, continuously bringing forward fresh ideas to improve effectiveness, scale successful programs, and deliver meaningful business impact.
Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in marketing or channel
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for influencing teams to gain buy-in for new ideas
- Talent for bringing people together in a positive way, building alignment across groups, and motivating teams to action
- Robust capacity to think strategically about a product portfolio and customer journey to uncover and bring to market innovations that translate into business results.
