The Mobility Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) team works hand-in-hand with corporate organizations across Canada to provide their employees with exclusive deals on rate plans and hardware. This Mobility Marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. We are responsible for driving profitable growth through the fastest growing segments of the TELUS mobility business. Our team has direct responsibility, or supporting leadership, for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.


In this dynamic Marketing Manager role, you will lead our lifecycle marketing, specifically focusing on Value Generation. The Mobility EPP customer base is growing rapidly. We are looking for someone to shape that growth and ensure we are optimizing our customers’ lifecycles and experiences with the program. Some activities will include:

 

  • Deep dive analysis to really understand our customer base and the various dynamics at play to inform focus areas and tactics to drive incremental revenue
  • Work with many cross-functional teams across TELUS including channel, sales, customer experience, digital and consumer marketing teams to build out and refine various programs
  • Identify and support the build of necessary capabilities to scale our reach and improve outcomes

 

EPP is a unique category given the B2B2C relationship we have with these customers. It makes the task of reaching out and connecting with the right folks at the right time particularly challenging and will require you to think creatively about how to engage with them through their lifecycle with TELUS.


 
Here’s how:

 

  • Responsible and accountable for end-to-end development of the marketing strategy for value management opportunities, including appropriate return on investment (ROI) & ownership over key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to bring revenue growth strategies to market
  • Analyze, synthesize and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Present business cases and proposals to leadership for alignment 
  • Craft enticing customer communications and marketing messages to drive conversion
  • Consistently look inside and outside the industry for ideas, innovation, and inspiration that empowers you and the entire team to think bigger and bolder. We’re a small and mighty team and believe that great ideas come from everywhere.

  • Portfolio owner - An intrapreneur mentality with a drive to deeply understand our business and seek out new areas of opportunity to drive success in your portfolio
  • Project manager - Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and delivering against expectations
  • Problem solver - Strong problem identification skills and ability to use analytics to distill insights that allow you to make thoughtful, strategic recommendations
  • Thoughtful collaborator - ability to work with diverse groups and empower cross-functional partners to feel ownership of EPP
  • Clear communicator - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop clear, concise and compelling narratives from peers up to executives
  • Goal-oriented - Acknowledges opportunities and sets ambitious goals, maintaining a strong bias for action both for the portfolio and for professional growth

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing
  • Wireless telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience is an asset
  • Working collaboratively on cross-functional team projects with a wide range of integrated marketing activities
