Overview
The Workforce Management, Inventory and Payroll team is seeking a Marketing Manager, Retail Inventory and Resources. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team responsible for managing the backbone of retail operations from payroll for 2,000+ store associates to $120M+ in annual budget allocation. You'll work with data to make decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability.
This role acts as a strategic partner across Supply Operations and Store Operations, using data-driven insights to improve sales performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience across all our retail stores. The successful candidate will balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution, supporting resource allocation decisions while identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes. We value detail, data accuracy, curiosity, and storytelling with data.

If you thrive solving complex problems with data, love uncovering insights in large datasets, and enjoy supporting operational excellence, this is for you. If you're looking for fast-paced product launches or constant change, this may not be the right fit.
