The SMB GTM Marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial and creative Marketing Manager to join our team who can leverage their marketing, communications and stakeholder management skills to differentiate, elevate and promote TELUS Business products to our sales teams.
As a Marketing Manager on the SMB GTM Marketing team, you will play a meaningful role in the strategy, planning, and execution of pricing, products and systems launches that impact our sales teams through BNN and various forums.
Our team is fun, hardworking, creative, and dedicated. We are looking for a collaborative Marketing Manager that takes initiative, and thinks outside of the box to continuously innovate and drive excellence.
What you’ll do
- Draft internal communications pertaining to pricing, product or systems updates on BNN to help sales conversion, increase product knowledge and/or support product adoption
- Create compelling reinforcement presentations and sales tools/job aid (content and design) to help sales reps digest and retain sales information
- Become a trusted partner to Pricing, Product, Sales, and Training to plan and determine best Go-To-Market approach and key messages
- Present and deliver relevant reinforcement content to sales teams and sales manager forums
- Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders on prioritization of requests, timelines and deliverables
- Support sales managers by facilitating content-specific boot camps to help their teams in areas of opportunities
- Maintain sales manager chat by fielding support questions and redirecting to the correct team, if required
- Manage your portfolio of work like an end-to-end program with established KPIs to measure success
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a storyteller who is able to simplify complex to easily digestible information
- You have a sales background (or have supported sales teams) and can draw from your sales expertise or knowledge to deliver useful communications
- You are creative and have an eye for design which can help you disseminate bite-size information in an innovative or novel way while following brand guidelines
- You are detail-oriented which allows you to complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency
- You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and executing flawlessly while managing projects and asks efficiently at the same time
- You have the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing, marketing communications or training
