What you'll do
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that drive local market activation, community engagement, and customer acquisition. This role requires expertise in localized go-to-market planning, cross-functional collaboration, cultural alignment, and end-to-end customer journey management. The ideal candidate will lead integrated marketing initiatives across wireline and wireless products while building strategic community partnerships and ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
360 Holistic Market Approach:

Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies

Ensure unification and prioritization of all products (wireline and wireless)

Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies

Coordinate the 360 approach with all stakeholders
Personalized Market Approach and Cultural Alignment:

Lead market selection and local activation

Organize and manage localized events

Create and execute localized partnerships with a 360 approach

Develop social mission and omnichannel strategies
Community Engagement and Influence:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies

Manage communications and influencer strategies

Create and execute community activation plans

Develop local social media strategies
Go-to-Market Strategy and Cross-Departmental Initiatives:

Execute network delivery go-to-market strategy

Ensure cross-departmental links (government relations, etc.)

Lead cross-departmental initiatives to drive acquisition
Customer Journey - Marketing:

Develop end-to-end integrated customer journey for communities

Manage pre and post-acquisition customer journey

Optimize customer experience in communities
Qualifications
What you bring
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
-
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, go-to-market management, or community marketing
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing localized marketing strategies and market activation
-
Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives
-
In-depth knowledge of the Quebec/Ontario market and its cultural specificities

Experience in customer journey management and acquisition strategies
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)

Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)

Proficiency in CRM systems and customer relationship management tools

Skills in budget management and marketing performance analysis

Knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement tools

Familiarity with omnichannel strategies and event management tools
Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills in French and English
