Join the Consumer Base Management team and help shape the future of TELUS, Koodo and EPP Add-A-Line and Add-A-X (Watch, tablet, etc.) portfolios!


As Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize portfolio profitability through innovative campaign management and strong 4P execution. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.


Here's the impact you’ll make
 
As a key contributor to the TELUS, Koodo, and EPP AAL & AAX portfolios, you’ll support go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help execute impactful campaigns across all channels. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to respond to market changes, drive meaningful business outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our base management strategy.

  • You get to collaborate with the dynamic Acquisition, Pricing, and Product teams, implementing impactful programs across sales channels that propel our portfolio forward, adapt to market trends, and unlock new opportunities aligned with our strategic goals.
  • You are a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, uncovering game-changing insights, and gaining leadership buy-in to launch fresh, innovative initiatives.
  • You get to dive into key performance indicators (KPIs) like open rates, conversion rates, and revenue metrics, transforming data into powerful recommendations that drive growth, profitability, and success.

Qualifications

  • You have over 3 years of experience in marketing or channel, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
  • You excel at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering impressive results even under tight deadlines.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence teams, securing buy-in for innovative ideas with ease.
  • You are a unifier, adept at bringing people together in a positive and collaborative way, building alignment across groups, and inspiring teams to take action.
  • You think strategically about product portfolios and customer journeys, uncovering and launching innovations that drive tangible business results.
  • You embrace a continuous growth mindset, always seeking to enhance your portfolio and develop yourself professionally.

Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
