The Retail Excellence and Rewards Team, supporting the success of TELUS Retail Limited (TRL), is looking for a motivated individual with a fresh perspective to join our team. We are a team of high performers, passionate about our focus on motivating sales performance within our TRL team through compensation, rewards and insights. We work hard and we play hard.


You will enjoy working in our dynamic, cross-functional environment where you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to make great things happen. In addition to building your network in a wide stakeholder group, you will get to flex your creativity and program management skills by developing, designing and implementing new rewards and incentive programs to better support our field. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly impact and drive performance for our frontline team members.


What you’ll do


  • Help shape the future of TRL Performance; Rewards by managing our rewards program and incentive projects
  • Support the day-to-day program management of our quarterly superstar races, Celebration of Stars and Master’s Lounge programs
  • Create new incentives in partnership with our OEM and marketing partners
  • Partner with stakeholders across TRL and marketing teams to continue to evolve how we effectively motivate the performance of our frontline team members





What you bring


  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation design and delivery
  • Excellent time management, organizational effectiveness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-directed
  • A robust understanding of Corporate Store/Koodo Shop systems and sales programs

  • Bilingual in both verbal and written communication (French/English)
