As a Marketing Specialist in the SMB Go-to-Market team, you will play a meaningful role in the strategy, planning, and execution of product and service launches that impact our small business customers.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team who can leverage their marketing, creative design and content management skills to differentiate, elevate and promote TELUS Business products and services.

What you’ll do
- Writing, managing, and distributing multiple communications across our business sales channels and product categories
- Designing, developing, and lifecycle management of sales aids, tool kits, templates, and other go-to-market sales collateral
- Managing and maintaining an internal content management system
- Designing, conducting analysis and presenting survey program data to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market collateral and activities
- Maintain interlock with Product and Pricing teams to manage ongoing Marketing priorities and roadmap
- Executing delivery of standard operational projects, as well as larger strategic programs throughout the year

Qualifications
What you bring
- You have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- You are a storyteller who is able to simplify technical product capabilities and features into value propositions
- You are adept at visualizing concepts and using your design experience to create accurate and impactful creative assets
- 2-3 years of experience with B2B marketing, marketing communications, graphic design, copywriting and content management
- You are a self-starter with proven ability to take complete ownership of a project/ task
- You know how to multitask and manage multiple projects and asks efficiently at the same time
- You are a critical thinker and problem solver who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to quickly develop strong working relationships within your team and across the organization to get work done efficiently and accurately
Great-to-haves
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
