Our team and what we'll accomplish together
At TELUS, our Strategic Partnership and Programs team is where marketing meets meaningful impact. We're the engine behind our partner ecosystem — equipping TELUS partners with the tools, campaigns and resources they need to confidently promote and sell TELUS offerings to their customers. Every asset we create, every campaign we launch, directly fuels partner engagement, referral growth and revenue results.
As a Marketing Specialist on our team, you'll sit at the intersection of creativity and strategy — collaborating with product, pricing, marketing and account management teams to craft marketing that resonates, drives action and makes our partners shine.
What you'll do
- Partner with account managers to uncover partner needs and translate them into clear, compelling marketing messaging that drives engagement and referral sales
- Create multi-channel campaign content — including email, social media, web and print — that captures attention, motivates action and strengthens partner relationships
- Lead marketing project timelines from brief to launch, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure every deliverable meets quality standards and goes live on time
- Analyze campaign performance data and gather partner feedback to continuously sharpen marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Develop partner enablement resources — including training materials and sales tools — that help partners confidently understand and promote TELUS offerings
- Maintain brand consistency across all partner-facing materials while thoughtfully adapting messaging for different partner segments and audiences
