As a P&C Business Partner Manager supporting the Consumer Marketing team, you will focus on driving high-impact organizational clarity, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance team performance, and serving as a strategic catalyst for three Marketing Vice presidents.
To be successful here, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, change agent, and coach. Reporting to the Director, P&C Business Partner, you sit alongside and collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategies that support business needs in addition to leading the implementation of the People Plan.

Clarify & Streamline Operations: Drive critical projects to clarify roles and responsibilities through expert RACI modeling, eliminating ambiguity and enhancing cross-functional efficiency.

Leverage Intelligent Insights: Integrate AI tools and methodologies across all aspects of the role to automate workflows, derive deeper talent insights, and modernize the P&C function.

Optimize Team Performance: Apply creative thinking and analytical rigor to identify friction points and lead initiatives that optimize how teams perform and collaborate.

Strategic Experience: 7 or more years of experience in a strategic human resources, program, or leadership role, with a focus on high-level organizational transformation.

Analytical Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to identify complex business problems, break them down through analytical thinking, and execute innovative solutions with attention to critical details.
