What you’ll do

 

The Performance Analysis Consultant will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing performance reports and dashboards to support sales teams and strategic decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in advanced report creation, data visualization, self-service analytics solution development, data analysis and the strategic application of AI tools to automate insights discovery and enhance decision-making capabilities. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and automate hyper-localized community performance dashboards with integrated data pipelines across multiple sources to deliver clear, actionable insights while reducing manual effort and improving overall reporting efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Analysis & Insights: Deliver tailored analysis and custom performance reports that translate complex financial and operational data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations, while continuously exploring new insights to support strategic business decisions and identify previously undetected trends.

  • GTM Performance Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor GTM performance, conduct weekly check-ins, and perform deep-dives on underperforming activities, identifying what is working and recommending new data-driven opportunities

  • AI & Advanced Analytics Integration: Champion the integration of AI tools, predictive analytics, and machine learning capabilities to enhance the team's analytical maturity, accelerate strategic decision-making through trend forecasting and anomaly detection, and proactively evolve reporting capabilities with advanced AI-assisted insights.

  • Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Transform complex data findings into compelling, accessible presentations tailored for all organizational levels, driving alignment on new opportunities through high-impact, data-driven insights.

What you bring

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or related field

  • 4-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with proven ability to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions

 

Technical Expertise

 

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau and Looker.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data queries, and advanced Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)

  • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging analytics technologies and willingness to experiment with AI tools to enhance insights delivery.

 

Core Analytical Capabilities

 

  • Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data pulls with minimal guidance

  • Demonstrated experience building advanced dashboards, reports, and complex data visualizations

Nice to have

 

  • Experience building and scaling analytics functions in new or emerging team environments

  • Knowledge of telecom-specific sales processes, business metrics, sales channel data, or financial data within large, matrixed organizations

  • Demonstrated expertise in performance reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI integration within business intelligence contexts
  • Experience with CRM systems, data platforms, and campaign-specific analytics

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
