Description

 

As a Business Analyst on the Digital Team, you’ll be the main point of contact for all B2B analytics. You’ll bring technical expertise and business acumen to help the team translate data into insights, manage multiple priorities, and deliver clear recommendations that shape decision-making and digital strategy.

 

You’ll act as a trusted partner across teams, gathering requirements, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. With your ability to balance technical know-how and business context, you’ll ensure our digital experiences are continuously optimized to drive measurable impact for our B2B customers.

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Serving as the primary contact for B2B digital analytics, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and actionable
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and performance reports that track KPIs across journeys and experiences
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses on digital merchandising, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness, uncovering insights to inform strategy
  • Partnering with delivery primes, product owners, and business stakeholders to provide clear recommendations that drive digital outcomes
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements for reporting, dashboards, and analysis
  • Validating and testing data across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring data and insights are well understood and used to guide decisions
  • Supporting roadmap planning with evidence-based recommendations and business cases

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you’ll need to be successful:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, business analysis, or related roles
  • Proven ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and make actionable recommendations in a B2B context
  • Strong technical know-how, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex data for business and technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment on data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with digital funnels, conversion optimization, and customer experience analytics
  • A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to connect the dots and anticipate business needs

By owning B2B analytics and delivering insights, you’ll help leadership prioritize opportunities, validate initiatives, and measure success. With your technical skills, business lens, and ability to juggle multiple priorities, you’ll ensure our digital investments are evidence-based and continuously optimized for impact.

Salary Range:  $88,000-$132,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
