What you’ll do

As the product manager of base value growth, you’ll be responsible for designing and creating exciting value-added service offerings for our customer base. You’ll build a deep knowledge of our customers, and partner closely with our Customer Success team, in order to understand what’s needed to keep us a step ahead of our competitors. You’ll then get to ideate, build, and execute new offerings that will make a real difference to businesses across Canada. 


  • You’ll partner closely with the customer success teams to understand our customers’ key pain points and product needs, using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • You’ll use your insights to design and execute a roadmap of clear & simple service offerings, package enhancements, and pricing adjustments.
  • You’ll hone your collaboration and project management skills, coordinating with our marketing team to bring targeted communications and dynamic offers to market
  • You’ll gain mastery of process improvement as you seek new ways to simplify, streamline and standardize our services 
  • You’ll build a relentless focus on the customer experience - ensuring that our service offerings are compelling, simple, and of the highest quality

    • You can foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to help ensure you deliver effectively while maintaining a fun work environment.

    • Your empathy allows you to gain a deep understanding of your customers, and you can translate this to solution design needs



Salary Range:  $75,000-$113,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
