What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, Customer Base Management to propel key metrics like upsell and churn reduction through innovative lifecycle programs and product enhancements
- Dive deep into customer behavior and trends to refine strategies and playbooks, actively engaging in the testing and scaling of initiatives
- Regularly report on key metrics, providing recommendations to guide pricing and promotional strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to craft targeted campaigns, leveraging data to showcase ROI-positive results and identify drivers for conversion, product adoption, retention, and upsell
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles within the telecommunications domain
- Demonstrated proficiency in formulating go-to-market strategies for base initiatives
- A track record of measurable results in planning and executing campaigns
Great to Have:
- Familiarity with analytic and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO) for data interpretation and recommendation formulation
- Understanding of telecom churn and ARPU dynamics
