TELUS Consumer Mobility Growth Marketing is looking for an experienced team player looking to play a key role in a fast paced, high performance team. Reporting to the Manager, Pricing Operations you will help in the execution of daily pricing activities, including building, implementing and communicating core pricing plans, device pricing, and special offers. These are the building blocks of our business and your role will find you working closely with the broader pricing team as well engaging with stakeholders from across the mobility business – from back-end systems to frontline customer-facing team members. This is a great role to deepen your understanding of our business, with increased responsibility to lead key projects and initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to gain alignment on implementation plans, and to deliver flawless execution. Here's How:
- Manage and execute day to day offer modifications that are core to the acquisition of new customers and base management strategy
- Work cross functionally with business technology, marketing communication and sales enablement teams to support ongoing pricing strategy
- Act as subject matter expert advising the broader pricing team on how to structure offers, and taking a key leadership role in the implementation of new projects and capabilities
- Monitor the implementation plan and adjust course as needed to address adoption challenges or nonstandard offer usage
- Manage internal pricing documents that tracks limited time offers, special promotions and overall competitive landscape of consumer mobility market
Qualifications

What You Bring:
- 2-3 years experience in a management professional role
- Familiarity with offer management and billing systems
- Detail and accuracy -oriented with ability to quickly respond to issues and act autonomously on developing solutions to offer management
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced working environment to deliver on core job duties
- Flexible and excellent time management skills to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills and the ability to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- A strong bias for action with willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and step outside your comfort zone
- Strong technology and leadership background; wireless market experience desirable
- Proficiency in G Suite applications (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Meet)
Great-to-haves:
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, marketing or related discipline an asset
