What You'll Do

We are searching for an organized, high-energy and collaborative person to manage our 30+ programs operations & reporting, with a focus on the 31-100 employee business segment. This role will be instrumental in enabling sales to focus on accounts and driving our growth strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and enhance executive level reporting dashboards to measure 30+ program & campaign KPIs
  • Develop and maintain visualizations for key metrics, focusing on relevant KPIs for the 31-100 business segment
  • Utilize SQL to create data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Support marketing and sales enablement initiatives
  • Manage the ongoing triage and distribution of accounts to sales teams, considering performance
  • Develop and present monthly performance insights and trends to senior leadership
  • Implement and improve data infrastructure and centralization efforts
  • Work closely with managers on communications, accountability, and stakeholder management
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and performance

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with data visualization tools and creating executive-level dashboards
  • Ability to develop complex formulas and KPIs for performance tracking
  • Exceptional communication & people skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships across key stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Effective problem solver, managing multiple deliverables to meet varying deadlines
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Salesforce experience is an asset
  • Experienced in presenting and articulating recommendations to senior leaders across business units
  • You have an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of progressive work experience; preferably in strategy, B2B marketing, or sales operations


This role offers a unique opportunity to drive data-driven decision making, improve sales effectiveness, and contribute to the growth of our 31-100 employee business segment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, creating insightful visualizations, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Salary Range:  $75,000-$113,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
