The Mobility Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) team works hand-in-hand with corporate organizations across Canada to provide their employees with exclusive deals on rate plans and hardware. This Mobility Marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, we are responsible for driving profitable growth through one of the fastest growing segments of the TELUS mobility business. Our team has direct responsibility, or supporting leadership, for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.

Here’s what we will accomplish together:
In this dynamic Product Manager role, you will lead the growth and drive operational support of our marketing channels, from our diverse retail network, to our expansive customer experience and outreach teams. You will champion unique programs and design solutions that optimize performance and enable our channel partners to efficiently and effectively close on sales opportunities. You will go deep into analytics and contribute meaningfully to long term growth strategy.
The unique nature of our B2B2C business makes this space particularly challenging and will require creative thought about how to approach our marketing strategy and tactics.

- Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional teams, particularly our channel partners, in order to gain strategic alignment and successfully bring ideas to market
- Analyze, synthesize and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Shape the strategy and processes that optimize capacity and performance across our sales channels
- Coordinate the execution of marketing tactics to drive success across our sales channels
- Optimize processes and drive innovation in collaboration with our systems teams to deliver enhanced channel sales capabilities
