Koodo is seeking a Product Manager – Commerce to join our team. As an experienced Product Manager, you’re not a software developer or a marketer, but you’ll work closely with both. Our team includes a passionate group of UX designers, developers, content managers, testers, product owners, people experience specialists, and other digital experts.

This fast-paced, exciting role provides the opportunity to be a part of a top strategic area for the company, working closely with teams across the organization. 

Here’s how

  • Help create an innovative web shopping experience by analyzing and anticipating market, customer and technology trends 
  • Develop and implement an effective and realistic roadmap for commerce
  • Guide, support and inspire a scrum team as they help execute your vision
  • Use data to drive results and continuously update the site based on customer feedback 
  • Work with the broader team to address customer pain points/address opportunities
  • Draft, socialize and gain approval on strategy
  • Complete presentations to executive team on key opportunities and updates
  • Work closely with partner teams as we build, measure, and test our site

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Excellent analysis and thinking, with the ability to interpret data and generate innovative and unconventional solutions
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills required to obtain commitment from cross-functional teams to support and deliver on priorities
  • Proven ability to take complete ownership of a project, by asking the right questions and knowing the results from launch to completion, demonstrating flexible thinking
  • Strong project and process management skills, and the ability to inclusively support cross functional teams
  • Great organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deliverables and work with minimal supervision
  • Accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring juggling of multiple deadlines

 

Required Professional Designation/Certification:

  • Experience working in a scrum/agile environment
  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in telecom, banking or other customer-facing industries
