The EPP Mobility Marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth through the fastest growing segments of the TELUS mobility business. Here’s what we will accomplish together:

 

In this role you will partner with cross-functional product managers and lead the pricing strategy execution while incorporating new and creative solutions to achieve outcomes. You will focus on collecting, synthesizing, and sharing best practices within the broader EPP team and you will collaborate regularly with Operations and Channel Teams to ensure pricing accuracy, while proactively identifying and leading the remediation of any customer impacting issues.

 

Here’s how:

 

  • Implement pricing offers and changes within the TELUS offer management system (TOM), including hardware pricing, rate plans, credits and features
  • Drive business requirements, technical implementation, testing, and offer development for system development projects
  • Advise and consult leadership team on delivery of pricing and promotions, providing alternatives for consideration and recommendations
  • Communicate and distribute pricing changes to the market and liaise with teams to ensure that pricing information is accurately communicated and properly updated for use with all client transactions
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage system transition strategy and minimize user-impacting risks
  • Lead efforts to reduce time to market, system errors, channel inquiries and escalations
  • Troubleshoot any offer issues that may arise

  • Detail-oriented with ability to quickly respond to issues and act autonomously on developing solutions to offer management
  • Comfortable synthesizing excel spreadsheet data and reporting to drive and support decision making
  • Process oriented, able to structure and document complex information in a clear, consistent manner
  • Develop and create compelling narratives from peers up to executives

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • Understanding of pricing levers and their impacts to the business
  • Working experience in marketing, B2B or B2B2C preferred but not required
  • Wireless telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience is an asset
  • Working as a team on projects comprised of a wide range of integrated marketing activities
