As our Product Specialist for SMB Wireless Insights, you will be a key contributor to our collective success. Our mission is to deeply understand the competitive landscape empowering the SMB team to navigate the market with confidence.
You’ll go beyond just tracking data; you’ll be telling the story of the market, helping our team make informed pricing decisions, provide support in execution and work closely with the Sales teams to address questions. If you have a natural curiosity for why customers choose one brand over another and love empowering others with knowledge, you will thrive here.
What You’ll Do
This role is a unique blend of analytical storytelling and hands-on partnership. You will be the bridge between market reality and our internal strategy.
- Become the CI Expert: Deeply immerse yourself in the competitive landscape. You will monitor competitor movements in all regions, pricing shifts, and new feature launches within the SMB space.
- Empower our Sales Teams: Act as a partner to our sales and execution teams and provide support that allows our representatives to navigate competitive objections with grace and confidence.
- Translate Insights into Action: Use your understanding of the market to identify gaps and opportunities within regions and channels.
- Collaborative Market Review: Host and participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions with cross-functional partners in other segments to ensure pricing makes sense across segments and ensure everyone is aligned on the latest market trends.
- Anticipate the Future: Keep a pulse on emerging technology and regulatory trends, helping us nurture a roadmap that is resilient and forward-thinking.

Qualifications
What you bring
- We are looking for a perceptive, communicative individual who enjoys "connecting the dots" between market behaviour and strategy..
- A strong understanding of the SMB segment, with a natural interest in why small business owners make the purchasing decisions they do.
- Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a related field where you’ve successfully turned "info" into "insight."
- The ability to present complex competitive data in a way that is supportive, clear, and easy to use in high-pressure moments.
- A proven ability to build productive relationships across different departments to achieve a common goal.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales enablement
- A University Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience that showcases your strategic mindset.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to pivot when the competitive landscape shifts.
Great-to-Haves
- Experience in Market Intelligence
- A background in telecommunications
- Familiarity with the internal service development processes and how to move an idea from "insight" to "in-market."
