As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:
- Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized
 - Work in a fast paced environment, where every day is different
 - Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience
 - Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
 - Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
 - Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 28, November 29, and November 30 (Black Friday weekend) and December 26 - December 28 (Boxing Day weekend)
 
Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
