You’ll be part of the team and play a vital role in developing and executing programs. You will leverage the synergies between our existing portfolios and support the new and exciting roadmap of TELUS Health offerings. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be someone who is a natural collaborator, innovator and problem solver that can work with multiple stakeholders across the product development and business teams, and be able to drive roll out plans and strategies around novel Pharmacy Benefit programs and capabilities both large and small.

Here's how


•    Lead the development of new strategies and subsequent tactical development while developing a measurement plan to monitor and track key performance results, deep diving to produce actionable insights
•    Facilitation and requirements gathering experience across multiple clients in an independent fashion
•    Develop strategies targeting new opportunities that utilize existing solutions and combine them with new solutions to provide unique value that support both the retention and growth activities
•    Reduce complex problems to its component parts, and then propose actionable solutions
•    Drive innovation, creativity, and team collaboration to continuously improve upon best practices and standard processes
•    Work on different initiatives to increase the market visibility of the drug adjudication platform
•    Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance
•    Prepare communication materials for internal and external customers and senior leaders
•    Build strong relationships with product and internal teams
 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle


•    Understanding of Pharmacy practice environment and pharmacy claim adjudication
•    Proven ability to document either business processes or technical requirements documents
•    Experience developing, implementing and executing new initiatives from an end-to-end perspective
•    Demonstrated influence and strategy skills
•    Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
•    Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to develop presentations through logical reasoning and structuring
•    Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
•    Strong customer focus
•    High level of attention to detail and professional rigor regarding work deliverables
•    Organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work


Great-to-haves


•    Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent in education and experience
•    BA designation or working towards the designation is preferred. Comparable work experience will be considered as well as those working towards PMP or Six Sigma designation
•    Pharmacy Benefit Management, Group Insurance, Pharma or Pharmacy experience
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis or a related function in the healthcare IT sector (e.g., strategy, planning, operations)
•    Bilingual – English/French is an asset
