Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together 

 

As Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance team member experience. You'll own People On-boarding, Cross-Boarding and Off-boarding processes in SuccessFactors (TeamHub) for all paid and non-paid team members, ensuring master data integrity, validation, and reporting while providing thought leadership and technical expertise to all users. You'll partner with TELUS teams at all levels to create world-class experiences for candidates, leaders and team members. While driving operational readiness projects, you'll also identify and lead transformative, strategic changes for the entire P&C team.

Here's how 

 

  • Represent P&C operations in M&A integrations, collaborating with core project teams
  • Manage the team member journey for large-scale organizational changes and people moves across legal entities
  • Coordinate system readiness for on-boarding, cross-boarding, and off-boarding processes, including testing and defect management with other stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity in core HRIS for team member master data
  • Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and team member satisfaction
  • Spearhead transformational initiatives to improve business readiness and organizational agility
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver optimal experiences
  • Prioritize team member experience in all work and actions to meet customer needs

Salary Range:  $70,000-$104,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
