We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our 5G/Industry Solutions Project Management Office. Our PMO is focused on introducing next generation products and services in transformative ways while creating an amazing customer experience.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will take on the rewarding yet challenging role of enabling those processes.

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • You have strong knowledge of operational applications, business products, and services
  • You bring planning and readiness expertise for service offers including: requirements definition, stakeholder update presentations, user interfaces/processes, documentation, testing, communication on basic and/or individual components of projects, post launch stability, and ongoing evolution
  • You understand processes and/or operational business readiness; you have a good understanding of project gating methodology and activities
  • You possess analytical problem identification and problem solving skills; you have advanced ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; you make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment
  • You have experience communicating effectively with leaders across different levels within the organization; you possess strong presentation skills 
  • You have knowledge of Waterfall, Agile (SAFe), Project Development Lifecycle, DevOps

  • Certifications & Advanced Experience
  • Business Analysis, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications
  • Experience in order-to-delivery and account lifecycle process development
  • Strong technology/telecommunications background with strategic leadership experience

 

 

Salary Range:  $72,000-$108,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
