Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

As the Senior Data Management Lead, you will be a key leader in unlocking the true potential of our Martech capabilities by delivering AI-driven breakthrough process improvements, advanced targeting and segmentation workflows, and automation that drives measurable business outcomes. This role is focused on pioneering a real-time decisioning framework by embedding predictive decisioning into the Martech platform, shifting orchestration from manual processes and hard-coded logic to real-time, decisioning-based customer journeys.
You will also champion the optimization of end-to-end Martech processes and technology flows, leveraging automation to maximize platform efficiencies and reduce cycle times for campaign execution and customer engagement. Success in this role will require strong business judgment, campaign performance expertise, measurement fluency, stakeholder management, executive-level storytelling, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations and actions … guiding the technical direction, delivery excellence, and cross-functional enablement within your portfolio through strategic technical leadership and exceptional stakeholder engagement

Our vision is to reinvent how campaigns are defined and delivered—powering highly targeted, relevant customer journeys by maximizing platform efficiency, quality, and speed, all leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies and AI.

Here’s how

  • Proactively monitor platform KPIs and performance to diagnose complex architectural issues, translating technical insights into clear, business-focused actions and optimization recommendations.
  • Drive efficiency and automations by leveraging scripting and cloud platform adjustments leveraging SQL, Python, Pulumi or equivalents.
  • Guide cross-functional strategy by translating technical capabilities into measurable ROI and business results through strategic stakeholder partnership.
  • Elevate the Martech platform's profile by coordinating the development and delivery of executive-level, insight-driven presentations that articulate strategic direction, the value proposition of new technology (e.g., AI/ML use cases), and critical platform health to senior leadership.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Martech platform engineering, architecture, or a related technology role, with a proven record of overseeing technical projects and driving significant platform outcomes.1
  • Demonstrated experience in senior roles with experience coordinating within a cross-functional team (e.g., a squad or pod) to launch rapid Martech platform optimizations and new capabilities with an agile way of working.
  • Deep expertise in cloud computing, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Exceptional ability to influence technical strategy and drive business outcomes with cross-functional (analytics, engineering, campaign, and product) stakeholders.
  • Mastery of automation scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) for advanced platform manipulation, system orchestration, and efficiency-driving development.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi and defining deployment pipelines using YAML.
  • You are a proactive force with an entrepreneurial & continuous improvement mindset, driving full responsibility for Martech platform reliability and continuously seeking opportunities to innovate.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical challenges, strategic direction, and business impact to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to rapidly build fluency in new technical environments, AI methodologies, and technical concepts.

Great-to-haves

  • Experience in the Telco industry and understanding of market dynamics to inform and influence martech strategy.
  • Experience working with AI/ML engineering teams to operationalize machine learning models (MLOps) that optimize customer targeting logic.
  • Familiarity with technology governance practices and platform cataloging tools.
