Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Occupational Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial backbone of TELUS Health’s national occupational health service line. You will be responsible for developing data-driven pricing models, conducting complex financial analyses, and building robust business cases that support strategic decision-making and the growth of our occupational health programs. • Develop cost and profitability models that support service pricing decisions and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze margin and revenue scenarios for new and existing services, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost control
  • Benchmark pricing against competitors and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Business Case Development

  • Lead the financial development of business cases to support new service launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and operational readiness of new occupational health solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed and confident decision-making

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Collaborate with finance and business operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the occupational health portfolio
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to guide resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies

Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends related to pricing, service utilization, and client demand across the occupational health landscape
