As part of the Global Customer Success Organization's Strategy & Enablement team, you'll drive CSM team performance and business growth through governance, enablement programs, and strategic planning.

 

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Enablement, you'll work closely with leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve team performance through onboarding, learning programs, career path and team development planning

 


What you’ll do

 

  • Learning & Development: Design the CS team learning plan including job architecture, competencies, and career progression
  • Onboarding: Develop and execute structured onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity (system access, learning pathways, check-ins)
  • Learning Coordination: Plan and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives across global teams
  • Learning repository: Manage and maintain the learning catalogue for the team
  • Team Engagement: Support CS leadership with communications, recognition, and engagement programs

Qualifications

What you bring

 

  • 7+ years in program management, learning & development, organizational enablement, or business strategy
  • Proven experience designing onboarding programs that improve time-to-productivity
  • Ability to develop training content, enablement materials, and readiness assessments
  • Strong facilitation and change management skills
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Strong familiarity with B2B customer success or enterprise sales roles
  • Working knowledge of B2B sales environments, CRM systems, and GTM processes
  • Health/technology industry experience preferred
  • Employer Health Solutions experience preferred
Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
