As the Senior Marketing Manager, GTM Canada, you will play a pivotal role in shaping TELUS Health’s growth trajectory in Canada. Working alongside with the Demand Generation, Global Content, Digital, Product Marketing and Sales and Prospecting teams, you’ll be crafting and executing innovative, high-impact campaigns and  driving the creation of localized, funnel-specific content that accelerates lead generation and conversion. Your strategic oversight will extend to optimizing campaign performance, empowering Sales and Prospecting teams, and enhancing partner development initiatives. What you’ll do

 

  • Own and manage the Go-To-Market Content Calendar: Lead & execute the go-to-market calendar for new product marketing releases and own the content for acquisition campaigns for direct and indirect channels. In collaboration with the Demand Generation, Global Content, Digital and Product Marketing teams, ensure the timely creation and delivery of high-impact content and assets, including emails, landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, and more, all tailored to the Canadian market.
  • Driving campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Demand Generation and  sales teams, to lead the strategy and execution of Canadian campaigns aimed at  generating new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by leveraging top, middle and bottom of funnel content for key audience segments. 
  • Develop and optimize the conversion funnel: Strategize, develop, and execute content strategies and nurture campaigns for each stage of the funnel, including personalized content when appropriate, to effectively convert prospects. Provide  the sales & prospecting teams with the right resources and content to engage and convert prospects effectively.
  • Create regionalization of Content: Working in partnership with the Global Content team, localize and refine content to align with Canadian market needs, adapting global content for local or industry-specific relevance.
  • Collaborate on partner development plans: Provide strategy, content creation, and execution support for the partner development plans to foster growth via indirect channels. 
  • Optimizing campaign Performance : Collaborate with the Sales Campaign Manager to monitor, analyze & optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, leading to optimal conversions and ROI on campaign budget.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales Campaign Manager to ensure alignment of GTM campaigns, content and efforts with the various cross functional teams such as Product, Product Marketing, Sales & Prospecting, Reporting, Customer Success and Base Management. Seek feedback to confirm content is resonating with the target audience, validate awareness of GTM initiatives and ensure everyone is clear on their expected role to ensure optimal results.
     

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • Degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ Years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content, campaigns, and lead generation
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a track record of generating highly engaging content for various stages of the funnel
  • Strong campaign management & execution abilities with a track record of highly successful campaigns 
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategies, sales funnel optimization, and sales collateral creation, with an understanding of user journeys.
  • Experience regionalizing global content and strategies to align with market-specific needs, ideally within Canada.
  • Experience with insurance carriers, brokers or consultants is a strong asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes and emerging opportunities
  • Comfortable with autonomy and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organization skills
Salary Range:  $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
