Our TRL People Strategy team is looking for a Senior Market Manager to join our team to develop and support “People Programs'' that drive improved team member performance, engagement, and total well-being at every stage of the TRL team member lifecycle. From Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Coaching/Performance Development Talent/Career Development and Organization Design - we are focused on empowering our team members at every stage of their journey.


The TRL People Strategy team is responsible for our strategic workforce transformation and identifying “what good looks like” at each stage of the TRL team member lifecycle and enabling our workforce to achieve desired outcomes. We are also responsible for defining TRL field roles and expectations, infusing the principles of diversity & inclusion into core programs, and ensuring Total Well-Being for all team members. We achieve our goals in partnership with multiple teams including Human Resources, Training, Sales teams, Talent Acquisition, TRL Sales & Support Strategy Workforce management

What You’ll Do:


In this role, you will have accountability for multiple areas of the TRL team member lifecycle. Within a given area, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Define program strategy: desired outcomes/measures, activities/initiatives and roadmap
  • Align with partner teams to define roles and responsibilities in delivering program outcomes and implement accordingly
  • Lead change management, go-to-market, adoption and reinforcement of program activities
  • Analyze performance results and gather TRL field insight /feedback to help inform strategy and adjust approach to ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide consult to cross-functional partners to ensure “TRL People Strategy” outcomes are considered in development and delivery of all programs
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in organization effectiveness and talent development: attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining top talent
  • Provide regular program roadmap updates to senior leaders

  • You are an exceptional communicator (verbal and written) and can “sell” your ideas at team member and executive level alike

  • You are very comfortable influencing others without direct authority
  • You are highly self-directed with a proven record in working in a fast-paced culture and thrive in an ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • You are an integrator with the ability to see the “big picture” and understand how your work is interconnected to other teams’ work 


Required Professional Designation/Certification


  • Post-secondary education in Business or Organizational Psychology (or equivalent experience)


Great to Haves:


  • Bi-lingual (French & English)
  • MBA 
  • Experience management consulting environments
  • Change management, organization design experience
