As the Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Demand Generation, you'll play a crucial role in driving the paid campaigns and demand gen supporting our top of funnel and content marketing globally. You'll build the engine that creates awareness of our organization, thought leadership and optimizes paths to conversion for employers and partners worldwide. Together, we'll drive demand, increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful engagement with our target audiences.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies targeting Global markets
- Lead end-to-end campaign management with budgets of >$1M across paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Google ads, emerging channels, etc.)
- In collaboration with regional teams, develop market sizing, audience targeting and segmentation strategies to optimize spend, content development and find growth opportunities to stay ahead in the market
- Optimize conversion paths through advanced marketing analytics and attribution modeling
- Collaborate with the larger team to manage marketing automation platforms to create sophisticated nurture campaigns
- Create comprehensive performance dashboards and ROI analysis for stakeholder reporting
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors related to paid marketing initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior team members in paid digital marketing practices
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid campaigns
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies for global brands
- Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for campaigns and user journeys at the top of funnel
- Expertise in paid digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience gleaning key insights for optimization
- Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
