The Consumer Base Management team is seeking a Senior Market Manager to lead a high-impact strategic program of Postpaid Inter-Brand Migrations (Koodo-to-TELUS and TELUS-to-Koodo) to drive value accretion, churn mitigation and growth outcomes through end-to-end strategy and execution.

If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and wants to make a tangible impact on millions of customers, this role is for you.

Here's the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a proactive and strategic leader, you will own the Migrations portfolio end-to-end, partnering with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program awareness, evolve strategy and tactics in response to market dynamics, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.

You will play a critical role in shaping our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and proactively identifying opportunities to expand and elevate the impact of the portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop comprehensive 4P strategies and ensure excellence in go-to-market execution.

Here's how

  • Develop short- to long-term program strategy and roadmap to successfully entice customers to migrate from Koodo to TELUS
  • Own pricing decisions, rate suite structure and campaign strategy to drive growth, accretive value and retention outcomes
  • Analyze performance data to synthesize compelling narratives on strategic direction, evaluate the impact of tactical initiatives, and inform forward-looking planning and decision-making
  • Identify new growth opportunities, craft robust business cases and bring innovative migration plays to life
  • Deepen channel relationships to drive performance, and operationalize complex programs end-to-end
  • Proactively test new messaging, segmentation, and offers with a rigorous approach to performance management and surface insights for future improvements
  • Build strong presentation to showcase recommendation and secure buy-in at all levels of the organization, including senior/executive leadership
  • Rally cross-functional teams across channel GTM, Pricing, Digital, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholder groups to bring program priorities to fruition
  • Provide guidance and coaching to a Marketing Specialist, supporting their growth through a dotted line relationship

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Product Management, Consulting, or a related role
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
  • Proficiency in analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to identify trends, model financial scenarios, build business cases, and formulate thoughtful pricing and strategic recommendations
  • Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
  • Proven track record of leading cross functional teams on projects or campaigns
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives to seamless execution for your portfolio and stakeholders
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or directly supporting more junior team members

Great-to-haves

  • Experience in telecom, ideally in the Mobility Consumer business (Postpaid or Prepaid)
  • Prior experience in base management, lifecycle marketing, or migration/upgrade programs
  • Experience managing capital projects to deliver new capabilities on time and on budget
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
