Join the Consumer Prospecting and Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) team today. Our team has partnerships with over 3,500 organizations across Canada to give their employees/ members access to special deals on mobility and home services. We also manage strategic programs for TELUS such as Refer-a-Friend (RAF) and Consumer Affiliates Marketing. 


The Prospecting, Base and Digital Marketing team specifically supports these efforts by developing end to end marketing strategies and campaigns targeting new and existing customers. Our team consists of passionate marketing strategists who aim to deliver an optimal customer experience at every touchpoint, including flawless data driven campaigns. We use AI and a unique, entrepreneurial spirit to sell a variety of products to meet our customers’ whole home needs: Mobility, SmartHome Security, TV, Internet and more.


Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together 


Manage the end-to-end marketing funnel including the collection of new leads, data enrichment, and nurturing of prospective customers; with the ultimate goal of conversion to TELUS. Through partnerships with multiple cross-functional groups, you will leverage our marketing technology platform investments and our best-in-class email development team to drive positive business outcomes.

You will interact with cross-functional partners across the organization to develop a strategy to gather, nurture, and convert prospective mobility customers. As the owner of the annual strategy, you will build from an ambitious vision, historical learnings, best-in-class industry practices, and cross-functional expertise, to establish compelling stories to gain buy-in and support. You will be responsible for enabling your plan by building business cases, navigating governance processes, and leading cross-functional teams to operationalize ideas into reality. As a self-starter, you will thrive in a fast paced environment to develop relationships across the organization, build strategy, and manage a multi-faceted portfolio.



What you will do:


  • Create an annual program plan to grow the customer acquisition portfolio, inclusive of a full end-to-end conversion funnel
  • Proactively seek and identify new opportunities to grow the top of the funnel via partnerships with internal and external groups
  • Uncover data driven insights and opportunities with business outcomes in mind
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver on the strategy, including prioritization, implementation, and reporting
  • Support programmatic initiatives stemming from prospecting, automation, and 1:1 campaign development streams
  • Create and present regular executive updates to share success stories, learnings, and optimization opportunities
  • Act as the go-to-market prime for custom one-off and partner campaigns such as device launches
  • Lead prospect outbound strategies and identify new opportunities to capture leads and conversions on digital
  • Collaborate with other product and service teams to amplify and launch cross sell initiatives to pure prospects
  • Manage above-the-line social campaign strategy targeting pure prospects to secure leads and/or conversions





You’re the missing piece of the puzzle:


  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, business casing, analytics skills, and project management skills
  • Keen interest in solving ambiguous and often complex business problems with little precedent
  • Ability to take vast amounts of information from various sources and consolidate and synthesize into meaningful and actionable insight
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills required to obtain commitment from cross-functional teams to support and deliver on priorities without authority
  • Deliver quality service to our customers, team members, partners and outcome sponsors through consistent application of the TELUS values



  • Successfully navigating large, complex companies
  • Solid understanding of telco industry dynamics
  • Understanding marketing automation methodologies through platforms like Adobe Campaign Suite 



Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
