Description

 

We are actively seeking a goal-driven and self-motivated Senior Market Manager to play a pivotal role on the Publishing team within Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM). This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a transformative team dedicated to enhancing sales performance through collaboration with our marketing and sales channel partners. As the key driver of strategic channel planning and prioritization for publications, you will lead efforts to enhance customer and channel partner experiences.

About MCM Publishing team

 

We are a dedicated team that provides essential support through the creation, and dissemination of strategic, timely product and service communications. Our goal is to equip our sales channels with the necessary information and positioning to effectively engage our customers and articulate the value of our offerings.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Foster and sustain alignment among diverse stakeholders on the communication strategy to propose optimal communication methods for maximizing readership while minimizing redundancy
  • Craft and manage channel publications for TELUS Home Solutions, Consumer Mobility, and Koodo products and services
  • Exhibit a proactive dedication to ongoing enhancement to ensure the production of consistent communication publications on internal platforms and offer recommendations for refining our intake processes
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of readership reports to identify trends for implementation of innovative communication approaches
  • Investigate and propose AI technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and precision of disseminating our publications

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Demonstrated experience 5 years in a relevant professional capacity
  • French proficiency and confidence in written communications and facilitation
  • Comprehensive understanding of TELUS Home, Mobility consumer, and Koodo products and services
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at prioritization, multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with precision
  • Self-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities, capable of working autonomously
  • Proficiency in taking ownership and proactively resolving challenges and issues

 

Great to haves

 

  • Familiarity or experience with publishing on Milo, Partners, Salesforce,and OneSource is an asset

 

 

Salary Range:  $86,000-$130,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
