As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be the driving force behind our key advertising campaigns and paid media, ensuring maximum return on investment through rigorous data analysis and optimization. You will design, execute, and manage campaigns across multiple channels, translating business goals into measurable metrics and actionable strategies. Your primary mission will be to leverage performance data, reporting dashboards, and predictive modeling to continuously refine campaign execution, deliver clear performance insights to stakeholders, and achieve ambitious growth targets for TELUS Business.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end management and execution of integrated performance marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring efforts are traceable and measurable
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, establishing reporting requirements and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain campaign/content performance dashboards, providing real-time visibility into metrics and allowing for rapid, data-informed decision-making that optimizes spend to maximize campaign performance
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign results, identifying optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, and channel mix to maximize efficiency and conversion rates
- Develop and apply predictive modeling that translates business targets into media strategy and investment, including budget allocation, customer segmentation, and forecasting performance
- Design and lead A/B testing and incremental experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and gather insights into customer behaviour
- Develop data-backed recommendations for optimizing website landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Prepare and present comprehensive campaign performance reports, translating complex data and metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and agency partners
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale marketing or advertising campaigns with a heavy focus on quantitative performance
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable campaign optimization strategies
- Strong proficiency in performance reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4/Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and experience building campaign-specific dashboards
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution models, lifetime value (LTV) calculation, and ROI/ROAS measurement
- Experience with campaign execution platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs) and managing large, multi-channel media budgets
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts related to forecasting, segmentation, and uplift measurement
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification or equivalent
