Join our team and what we'll accomplish together

Small business is TELUS' fastest-growing segment, and this role sits at the center of that expansion. As a Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will take ownership of a high-visibility portfolio, shaping its evolution and pioneering new channels to reach SMB clients. Your mission will be to accelerate customer acquisition and elevate brand awareness through high-impact, strategic partnerships with organizations that hold a dedicated SMB audience.

You'll be the architect of how TELUS partners with organizations that already serve small business owners—multiplying our reach exponentially and delivering real value to entrepreneurs. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will have the latitude to build, scale, and manage these relationships as a true business owner.

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and results-oriented leader to step into this senior role. You will have end-to-end accountability for our partnership strategy and program KPIs, influencing every facet of the ecosystem—including marketing, pricing, business development, and go-to-market execution. As a natural leader with a strong status-quo-challenging mindset, you will confidently navigate complex internal and external stakeholder networks to drive meaningful business growth.

Here's how

Strategic Partnership Leadership: Architect and execute our long-term partnership strategy. You will lead business development, manage high-value relationships, and proactively uncover novel ways to acquire customers through partner networks.

Marketing Strategy & End-to-End Ownership: Develop customized, data-driven marketing strategies for each partner to acquire net-new customers and add value to our existing base. You will own the performance for each partnership, from negotiating partner terms and executing marketing tactics to measuring ROI and optimizing customer acquisition.

Executive Influence & Alignment: Serve as the strategic voice of the portfolio. You will present to and secure alignment from senior executives and cross-functional leaders, ensuring diverse teams are unified under a common vision and hitting critical milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with the Campaigns teams, Sales Representatives, and our Pricing team to operationalize your strategy, ensuring every partnership launch is flawlessly executed from go-to-market to customer activation.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Your decisions will be grounded in customer insights and performance analytics. You'll regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and course-correct based on real data to maximize partnership ROI.
