As part of the TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Marketing Communications team, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic team member to help shape the future of our key product portfolios across both mobility and internet. In this role, you’ll focus on Paid Search Marketing (SEM) for the full TCS portfolio - spanning TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile - building-out campaigns, detailed reporting, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work alongside a talented, supportive team of marketing experts, with opportunities to learn, grow, and influence strategy across multiple brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  This is a great opportunity to join TELUS in a 12-month maternity leave coverage role — a chance to make an immediate impact on high-visibility campaigns while gaining valuable experience with a leading Canadian brand.

Join Our Team And What We'll Accomplish Together

We’ve been on an exciting journey within TELUS Consumer Solutions, launching industry-leading mobility and internet products and creating best-in-class campaigns in partnership with global-leading OEMs such as Apple, Samsung, and Google. Together, we’ll create compelling, data-driven customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.

You will play a key role in shaping the voice of our brands - TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile - through personalized communications that span both mobility and internet, integrating TELUS’ Social Purpose, and celebrating the positive impact we make in communities across Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the day-to-day performance of Paid Search campaigns for Koodo and Public, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using platforms like Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and analytics tools to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion volume

  • Build and present regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and external teams, with a focus on actionable recommendations

  • Manage budget allocations and pacing across campaigns, ensuring optimal use of spend and forecasting accuracy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the digital primes, creative, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies with broader marketing initiatives

  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, features, and beta programs within Paid Search platforms, maintaining a forward-thinking approach

  • Lead keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy development, and bid strategy implementation, maintaining high-quality campaign hygiene

  • Provide strategic and tactical support within the Paid Search team as needed, stepping in during high-demand periods or special initiatives
