Our Commercial Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy for B2B customers in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. We currently require a high energy individual to join our Commercial Wireless Pricing Team as the Senior Product Manager - Wireless ARPU & Programs. 


What you’ll do


In this role, you will play a key role in developing our pricing strategy for the Commercial segment with a focus on managing pricing construct evolution and execution. You will identify, analyze, recommend and execute ARPU programs to maximize our bottom line, leading to profitable growth in the Commercial business segment. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders within marketing, strategy and planning, product operations, and importantly sales channels, you will be the pulse of our pricing strategy to drive market share and profitable growth.

 

  • You will be the lead for our marketing strategy and programs for all wireless products and services sold to commercial business accounts - with P&L accountability for this segment
  • You will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing strategies for customer acquisition, base management, cross-sell/up-sell, and profit maximization 
  • You’ll work closely with our Strategy & Planning, Business Intelligence and Wireless Offer House Pricing teams to identify, analyze, recommend and execute ARPU/AMPU programs to maximize our bottom line.
  • You’ll measure effectiveness of key pricing programs, analyzing customer behavior and market trends, improvising and pivoting to new strategies backed by strong data and analytics
  • Reporting to the Manager - Pricing Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving profitable subscriber and market share growth for our Wireless business in the Commercial segment.

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Strong analytical and business problem solving skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other productivity tools
  • Proven hypothesis-driven approach to analyzing problems with an ability to zoom in and uncover insights that inform actionable decisions
  • Clear, confident delivery of perspectives and recommendations to peers and senior leaders to drive successful initiatives
  • Strong project management skills and disciplined execution, maintaining quality of deliverables across a number of varied tasks and responsibilities
  • Thrive on ambiguity and change

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, B2B preferred 
  • Telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience 
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering 
  • MBA degree preferred but not required.
