As the Senior Product Manager, Fibre Acquisition Marketing, you will design and implement multi-channel campaigns to foster acquisition for our Fibre Internet footprint. Working within the SMB Acquisition Marketing team, you will cultivate the strategy for Fibre Internet growth initiatives. You will partner closely with sales to build and manage thoughtful campaigns within Salesforce, support field sales activities, and ensure a seamless, supportive journey from the first touchpoint to the final solution. Your expertise in the B2B marketing funnel, combined with a data-informed approach and an enduring commitment to excellence, will be critical to our collective success.

 

Your Impact

 

  • Develop and nurture the end-to-end SMB Fibre Internet acquisition strategy, including regional, in-field, and outbound marketing programs
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to achieve program goals, improve conversion, and positively impact community business targets
  • Translate complex data results into clear, accessible presentations for various stakeholders, including regular program updates for our leadership team
  • Foster a deep partnership with the Sales team, creating a collaborative feedback loop to refine campaign messaging, lead quality, and the effectiveness of sales tools
  • Organize and manage targeted campaigns within Salesforce, providing the direct sales team with helpful leads, outreach sequences, and prioritized territories

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring to the team:

 

  • A proven track record of developing B2B acquisition campaigns that drive meaningful results, with a strong understanding of sales enablement and field marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and using AI tools to assist direct sales and business development teams
  • Experience coordinating field marketing or direct-to-sales campaigns (e.g., supporting local events or targeted outbound initiatives)
  • A genuine passion for supporting Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and an empathy for their unique challenges and opportunities
  • Strong strategic communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • A proven ability to collaborate and build effective connections with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • A solid foundation in data analysis—the ability to measure, share insights, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions
  • The ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity, prioritizing projects and managing multiple deadlines in a supportive and agile environment
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in marketing is valued

 

 

Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
