What you’ll do

Our Commercial Systems and Operations Marketing team is responsible for developing a market-leading mobility management platform, building our Commercial sales technology roadmap, and supporting ongoing pricing and contracting governance and operations. Our team has accountability to support business across mobility, IoT, and fixed services.


We are searching for a Senior Product Manager, who will be responsible for leading the business development of our self-serve platform, who will own the product growth strategy. You will work with a team of product owners to help define the roadmap by developing a product strategy, product lifecycle management, product and service enhancements, competitive benchmarking and analysis and business planning. As a passionate and collaborative leader, you will be drawn to the opportunity to provide our customers with best in class solutions.



What you bring


  • Develop and articulate the strategic plan and product vision to drive long term value creation, by developing the Product & Customer Experience strategies.
  • Establish the value proposition to differentiate services, improve the customer experience, and generate monetization opportunities.
  • Excel at presenting to, and facilitating conversations with, senior audiences, customers, sales teams.
  • Refine the customer journey strategy, ensure its development and implementation.
  • Ensure processes are in place to manage the product life cycle, customer satisfaction and definition of portfolio development priorities.
  • Guide internal and external stakeholders, such as implementation teams, product teams, technology teams, and business partners.
  • Ensure competitiveness within the markets and propose product recommendations to maintain or exceed market share/success.
