What you’ll do


As a Senior Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for evolving our Managed IT Services value proposition and offering. After building an in-depth knowledge of the customer, market and our competitors, you will craft a vision for how to take our service to the next level - including the latest tech advancements in cyber security, cloud modernization, and proactive support. Best of all, you’ll get to bring your vision to life, and see first-hand the positive change you make to Canadian small businesses.

 

  • You will become a market expert on managed services by engaging with customers, monitoring industry trends, and building knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Using your knowledge you’ll help build a vision for our target state and a roadmap to close our key gaps
  • You’ll bring the target state to life through close partnership with stakeholder teams and third-party vendors
  • You will support frontlines through the change management of our new offerings
  • You will build out executive-level progress updates and will regularly present to senior leadership

    • You have extensive experience overseeing product enhancements - from conception, to user story creation, to testing, and ensuring effective post-launch support.
  • You’re passionate about the user experience
    • Your empathy allows you to gain a deep understanding of your customers, and you can translate this to solution design needs
  • You’re an Olympic-level hurdler
    • You like things to move fast, and are adept at using a combination of collaboration, influence, and creativity to help your team overcome barriers hindering progression
  • You’re a champion of change
    • You have experience rallying others around change, and supporting them through it with empathy and care

Salary Range:  $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
