Our team and what we’ll accomplish together
Joining the Mobility Digital Sales Strategy team, you will be category manager of Mobility Activations on TELUS.com. You will join a team delivering exceptional results across the TELUS Mobility portfolio, through a focus on driving eCommerce sales growth, accelerating digital and omnichannel adoption, and supercharging channel profitability. You will report to the Manager, Mobility Digital Sales Strategy, joining a team of 6, and be the primary digital contact and lead for above-the-line activation marketing, pricing, products and more, tasked with owning and growing your category.
Here’s how
- Channel Growth Strategy: Drive the overall TELUS Mobility Digital strategy, including development of omni-channel capabilities, retargeting and prospecting. Raise the bar in key sales windows, while seeking continuous improvement through a test and learn mentality
- Performance Ownership: Own Digital Mobility performance including funnel conversion, activations, orders, and channel profitability. Develop and report on key analytics and metrics fueling strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact across the organization for Mobility Digital Sales Strategy, fostering relationships with a wide array of internal stakeholders.
- Strategic GTM Planning: Develop and execute complex strategic plans with cross-functional teams, translating your strategy into actionable deliverables.
- Customer Journey Enhancements: Design and advocate for new eCommerce capabilities and journey enhancements with the Digital Product team.
Qualifications
What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital sales and strategy environment.
- Experience with Jira, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Suite and Figma are assets
- Proven track record in eCommerce sales strategy, digital transformation, or product management.
- Strong strategic thinker who is able to analyze complex data or scenarios, provide actionable insights, and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of leadership.
- Exceptional collaborator who is able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and use influencing and negotiating skills to create desired outcomes.
- Strong organization and execution skills to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A proven category or product manager with a track record of thriving in ambiguity, loves to solve problems, and raises the bar in their role.
- Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, MBA is an asset
