What you’ll do: 

 

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Base Management, and cross-functional teams to drive key metrics such as upsell and churn reduction through innovative lifecycle programs and product enhancements
  • Develop and refine effective programs leveraging tenure and customer behavior data, implementing a mix of triggered, targeted, and broad campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty
  • Articulate program strategy, forecast results and advocate for resource prioritization to achieve objectives
  • Steward base revenue initiatives and strategic enhancements, identifying new opportunities to drive ARPU

 

 

Qualifications

 

Experience: 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management or related roles within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize program effectiveness
  • Experience forecasting and monitoring business performance

 

Great to have: 

 

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management and go-to-market execution
  • Ability to take a structured approach to ambiguity, driving clarity for the team
  • Demonstrated success in driving key metrics such as upsell and churn reduction through lifecycle programs and product enhancements
  • Experience supporting a product roadmap and collaborating with Agile teams

Salary Range:  $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
