The ARPU & Credits Team sits at the centre of revenue and margin growth for our business. We strategize and deliver high-impact programs that increase customer value, reduce cost, and strengthen long-term profitability. Our mandate spans revenue acceleration, lifecycle optimization, and customer experience improvements within our existing customer base. We combine strategic thinking, deep customer insight, and cross-functional execution to unlock sustainable EBITDA growth.

What You'll Do


In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue accretive strategies for our mid-market (100-500 employee businesses) customer base. Reporting to the Manager, ARPU & Credits, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of revenue-accretive programs—from shaping the strategy and building the business case, to piloting, launching, and measuring results.
You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills to influence stakeholders across finance, planning, marketing, and frontline operations.

 
Strategize Revenue Accretive Programs: 

 

    • Build data-driven business cases and strategic programs that identify and capture P&L opportunities across the Wireless and Wireline base.
    • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risk, ROI, and long-term financial impact.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Planning to align on in-year and long-term revenue and margin forecasts.

 

  • Program Execution & Experimentation

 

    • Convert strategic recommendations into executable programs with clearly defined success metrics and operational requirements.
    • Lead program pilots, manage rollout phases, and oversee cross-functional execution to ensure flawless delivery.
    • Troubleshoot execution challenges and refine program design based on data, feedback, and operational insights.
    • Establish repeatable execution frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term program sustainability.

 

  • Reporting & Measurement:

 

    • Own performance tracking of revenue programs, working closely with planning teams to calibrate financial outcomes.
    • Measure downstream impacts including churn, customer satisfaction, ARPU lift, and lifecycle engagement.
    • Develop dashboards or performance summaries to enable continuous optimization and visibility across teams.


 

Qualifications

 


What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, and/or project management
  • A compelling communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships and drives alignment across teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Customer-centric and data-driven, with a passion for unlocking growth and measurable business outcomes.

Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
