The TELUS Health Employer Solutions Internal Systems and Migrations team is a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial group. Our core mission is to support data-driven decisions for TELUS Employer Health products globally, focusing on resolving complex problems that significantly impact customers and ensuring a seamless digital customer experience.

 

As we consistently work towards establishing TELUS Health as a world-class leader in healthcare delivery, you will be involved in a high-priority platform of substantial size and scope. These products are centered on crafting customer journey strategies to deliver an outstanding TELUS Health experience.
 

As a dedicated product professional with proven product strategy and transformation experience, you will work as part of a team to launch and drive the Ambient Scribe platform. Working at the intersection of technology, business enablement, and customer experience, you’ll manage a strategic product portfolio including developing business cases, prioritize market requirements & product roadmap driving strategic outcomes.


What you’ll do

 

  • Product Management Experience: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, from technical requirements gathering through deployment and optimization
  • Business Case Development: Build effective business cases and articulate succinct business rationale to an executive audience, including financial projections
  • Business Requirement Management: Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical product specifications & success criteria
  • Technical Acumen: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation approaches.
  • Roadmap Development: Manage product roadmaps and collaborate with enabling teams to oversee lifecycle, including product and services introduction, optimization, and retirement
  • Implementation: Drive strategy and execution of business initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to define opportunities that optimize processes and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Adaptability: Proven track record in balancing immediate and long-term priorities while being flexible and adaptable
  • Strategy: Define, articulate, and implement product strategy across various portfolios
  • Thought Leadership: Define, analyze, and present product opportunities to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Relationship Building: Build strong work relationships with partners across TELUS Health and external vendor partners
  • Customer and Employee Experience: Enhance engagement and improve experiences for both current and new customers and employees
  • Financial Management: Track and optimize project and financial performance such as CAPEX and OPEX impacts

 

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas to peers, executives, and external partners
  • Technical/Business Curiosity: Natural curiosity and willingness to delve into the details of a solution to own the experience as the business prime
  • You are a self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture
  • You can play the role combining your exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills with your compelling storytelling and an ability to present to executive audiences
  • Consulted on and managed products through influencing and negotiating
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading business process improvements delivering significant value to an organization
  • Highly comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines
  • 7-10+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in healthcare technology, managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • CSPO/PSPO Certification – asset



 

Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
